Service Information

Coverage – VCP phones (ABN: 40611322260) uses part of Telstra’s 3G and 4G mobile network that
covers more than 98.8% of the population.

Plan Inclusions – All local national and calls to Australian Mobiles are with unlimited text & MMS are
included.
Device/phone Requirement – To be able to use our service, all you required is a compatible
unlocked mobile phone as we only provide SIM only plans.

Calls not Supported – VCP phones sim type mobile plans does not support Premium number calls
(1900) and text, Directory Assistance calls to Sensis are not supported.

International Roaming – You can add a travel pack by contacting us while you travel overseas.
Travel pack must be added Before you leave Australia. There is a $12 Roaming pack which includes
Unlimited talk and text and 200MB of Roaming data per day. Please contact us to see if the country you
are travelling is eligible for the above rates.

Excess Data Usage – If you exceed your monthly data allowance, additional data cost applies which
is $12 per 1GB

International Countries – The following countries are included on selected plans only.
Unlimited calls and text from Australia to following countries China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia,
Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, UK, Ireland, Greece, Germany, India, NZ, South Korea, United states of
America. Pay as you go rates apply to all other Countries.

TIO Support – you can contact TIO on 1800 062 058 to resolve any complaints at your own cost.

Contract Cancellation Fees – Early exit fees applies. It can be calculated by using below example:
50% of plan charges times months left on the contract. For example, if you are on our $45 plan and
have 12 months left on the contract your early exit fees will be $22.50 x 12 = $270.

Billing – Your Billing will commence on the day we Port your service and Activate your Sim card. Your
Invoice will be emailed to you on 1st of each month with a due date on 12th of each month. Your 1st Bill
will be charged pro rata fees and a month in Advance bill. We don’t have billing Option.

Account Setup & Sim card fees– $3.50 per sim card and once off $5 account activation fees
applies.

Plan Change Fees – You can call us or write us to change your plans by moving up or down once a
month. Once off $20 admin fees may apply. You can contact us on helpdesk@vcpphones.com.au

Local Australian Support – Our contact hours our Monday – Friday 9am to 5:30 pm. You can contact
