Service Information
Coverage – VCP phones (ABN: 40611322260) uses part of Telstra’s 3G and 4G mobile network that covers more than 98.8% of the population.
Plan Inclusions – All local national and calls to Australian Mobiles are included with unlimited text & MMS (Video MMS are not included).
Device/phone Requirement – To be able to use our service, all you require is a compatible unlocked mobile phone as we only provide SIM only plans.
Calls not Supported – VCP phones sim only mobile plans does not support Premium number calls (1900) and text, Directory Assistance calls to Sensis are not supported.
International Roaming – starting from 27th Nov 2024.
5GB Travel Pack: , this pack includes 5GB of data, 30 minutes of calls(in and out), and 30 SMS, valid for 7 days. travel pack charge – $35. To activate this while overseas you will have to send a SMS to 179 with message – ROAM5
•10GB Travel Pack: , this pack offers 10GB of data, 60 minutes of calls(in and out) and 60 SMS, valid for 14 days. travel pack charge – $59. To activate this while overseas you will have to send a SMS to 179 with message – ROAM10
• 3GB Travel BizPack: Designed for business travellers, this pack provides 3GB of data, 300 minutes of calls,(in and out) and 300 SMS, valid for 3 days. travel pack charge – $65. To activate this while overseas you will have to send a SMS to 179 with message – ROAM3.
Excess Data Usage – If you exceed your monthly data allowance, additional data cost applies at $10 per 1GB
International calls from your sim only plan – The following countries are included on selected plans only. Unlimited calls and text from Australia to following countries China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, UK, Ireland, Greece, Germany, India, NZ, South Korea, United states of America. Pay as you go rates apply to all other Countries.

Contract Cancellation Fees –If you have signed up for a contract, Early exit fees applies. It can be calculated by using below example:
50% of plan charges times months left on the contract. For example, if you are on our $45 plan and have 12 months left on the contract your early exit fees will be $22.50 x 12 = $270.
Billing & Payment Options – Billing cycle will commence once the service is activated. Email bills will be sent out at the beginning of each month. First bill will be charged pro rata and a month in advance. To keep the service active, bills need to be paid on or before due date of each billing cycle. $15 late payment fee may apply. Payments can be made via direct debit or EFT (bank transfer).
Account Setup & Sim card fees– $3.50 per sim card and one of $5 account activation fees applies.
